I have stepped up my training schedule again. I now have a target of a minimum of 6 sessions a week. Now they are not all hard, far from it. It’s a mixture of stretching (yoga style) weights, aerobic work and Karate.

I have come with a fun short session for the gym.

You start with:
5 minutes rowing machine followed by 25 sit-ups then 25 push ups.
Next
5 minutes running machine with arms followed by 25 sit-ups then 25 push ups.
Next
5 minutes cross trainer with arms followed by 25 sit-ups then 25 push ups.
Next
5 minutes bike machine followed by 50 sit-ups then 30 push ups.

I try to keep moving from one element to the other quickly as possible and recover while working out. I set the level of each machine so that I get a good level of cardiovascular workout.  I use this on a day where I planning to do a seconded perhaps harder session.
