Activity4Life Mission Statement.


Activity4Life is about facilitating people in their quest for personal alignment and happiness. Activity4Life recognises with compassion that it is in our minds' nature to create unnecessary suffering in our life and that we can be free this when we choose to do so

This alignment and happiness can be achieved when the 3 Pillars of Activity4Life are in place and positive in character.

The 3 Pillars of Activity4Life are

  1. The Pillar of Relationships
  2. The Pillar of physical wellbeing
  3. The Pillar of psychological wellbeing

Activity4Life is built on the following principles / values:

  • To be always honesty to ourselves and others in word, thought and deed and to always do what we say to say what we do.
  • To humbly look for the learning in everyone and everything around us, and to always seek yet another way.
  • To have playful curiosity so as to never avoid asking questions or let ourselves or others invent answers to things we don’t know.
  • To remain flexible so as to always fall with grace and to rise with wisdom, full of committed to do only our best today and everyday.
  • To always respect the precious nature of all life and the potential it offers.
  • To always act with honest, humbly, curiosity and flexible respect for ourselves and others.
