Depression is unfortunately a very common reality for all too many people today. It has many overlapping roots from genes to lifestyle issues. As a person who has been to the darkest sides of depression and back, and who has lived to tell the story, I can say with my hand on my heart there are lots of things and strategies you can use to break free from depression. I know from first hand experience how helpless and truly fighting a place it is.
